If your product is in the concept stage, we can help create detailed drawings and tech packs that clearly document your product and provide 2D and 3D renderings. We can also help source raw materials from our extensive supply chain.
Pattern Engineering & Grading
Our pattern department specializes in pattern creation from customer’s detailed spec packs in footwear, apparel and soft goods. We can import existing paper patterns or existing digital patterns into our Caligola pattern software. We also offer full pattern grading services, so your full size run of patterns can be supplied to your manufacturer.
Sample Making
Our shop is equipped with the latest cnc knife cutting technology, sewing and assembly machinery to make your production ready sample. From lightweight knits and wovens to heavy canvas and vegetable tanned leathers, we have a large array of sewing capabilities including cylinder and postbed sewing machines, strobel insole sewing, skiving, splitting, curved needle outsole stitching, hot stamping/debossing and hot seam welding.
3D CAD Modeling
Put our 3D model team to work to create a 3D CAD model in Solidworks and receive a 3D printed prototype to verify your design before manufacturing. Whether it’s custom bag hardware, sportswear padding, or footwear soles, we can create your model, output the model, and integrate it into a functioning product for testing.
