Our cutting department is equipped with a state of the art die-less cnc knife cutting machine from YinUSA, capable of cutting fabric, leather, rubber, felt and any rolled goods or sheet stock straight from digital files. Conventional clicker press cutting is also available.
Sewing
Put our sewing capabilities to work for your production sewing needs. We specialize in footwear upper, bag, and accessory sewing. Our computerized auto stitcher can be programmed for very rapid, repeatable lockstitch and bartack sewing operations.
Splitting & Skiving
Our band knife splitter and bell knife skiver are essential for leather goods manufacturing. The splitter can split parts up to 16” wide to precise thickness.
Hot Stamping & Debossing
Make an impression with your brand. We can stamp your logo on leather “blind” or with colored metallic or matte foils.
